Najm Capital Review — Truth About the Broker

1

The broker promises traders the best conditions, including favorable spreads and zero commissions. On the website najmcapital.com, everything looks attractive and convincing, but then why are there so few reviews online?

How to Register on the Website

The official Najm Capital website has a modern design. Dark colors, gold accents, large banners, and promises of the most favorable trading conditions. Everything is designed to create the impression of a serious trading platform. However, once we moved from appearance to actual actions, such as registration, the first difficulties appeared.

The account creation process begins with a standard form. Users are asked to choose the type of registration: Individual or Company. Next, the usual fields must be filled in: first name, last name, email, password, and password confirmation.

Najm Capital also requires users to specify:

  • Country of residence.
  • Account currency.
  • Phone code and phone number.
  • Referral key (optional field).

Additionally, the user must check a box confirming agreement with the documents. These include the AML Policy, Client Agreement, Privacy Policy, Bonus Policy, and Risk Disclosure. Only after this does the Register Now button become available.

However, in practice, there is a slight delay. The confirmation email for registration does not arrive immediately. It appears after about 5 minutes. Nevertheless, after several minutes, the email eventually arrives, and once the link is opened, the account becomes activated. After that, access to the Najm Capital client area is granted.

After logging in, the client dashboard opens. The interface looks fairly neat. The top menu contains the main sections:

  • Dashboard.
  • My Profile.
  • My Wallet.
  • Trading Accounts.
  • Support.
  • Information & Tools.

The najmcapital.com client area includes all the necessary functions

The main panel displays the account balance. The system automatically creates an MT5 demo account. In the personal cabinet, there is also a Market Watch section. It shows quotes for several instruments, such as BTC, XRP, and currency pairs. There is also a market news block. In the My Profile section, the user profile form appears. Here, additional details must be filled in, and identity verification must be completed.

In summary, the registration and login process in Najm Capital works without major technical errors, but it is not perfect. The confirmation email arrives with a noticeable delay. After logging in, the user sees a standard client dashboard with an MT5 demo account, sections for trading and financial operations, and the mandatory identity verification procedure.

Najm Capital Trading Instruments and Platforms

The broker offers 4 asset classes:

  • Forex.
  • Commodities.
  • Metals.
  • Shares.

All assets are presented only in the CFD format. This is neither spot trading nor futures. The trader simply speculates on whether the price of a financial instrument will rise or fall.

Account Types Offered

Najm Capital offers 4 account types in addition to the demo account. The logic is simple. The higher the account level, the larger the minimum deposit. At the same time, the broker promises improved trading conditions:

  • Smart. This is the basic plan positioned as the starting option. The minimum deposit is $1,000. The firm promises wider spreads, no commission on trades, swap-free trading, 24/7 support, and leverage up to 1:500.
  • Elite. Here, the minimum deposit immediately increases to $10,000. The main improvement is supposedly tighter spreads and more favorable trading conditions.
  • Premiere. Requires at least $20,000. The same principle repeats. The more money the client deposits, the “better” the trading conditions.
  • Prestige. From $50,000. Includes VIP support.

The entry threshold is significantly inflated. More established and reputable companies allow access to the market with as little as $10, while here, at least $1,000 is required. The differences between the plans are minimal. Najm Capital promises only lower spreads and the absence of commissions for financial transactions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Najm Capital lists several methods for deposits and withdrawals: Visa and Mastercard bank cards, bank transfers, and electronic wallets Neteller and Skrill. For all methods, the same conditions are stated — a minimum deposit of $100, a minimum withdrawal of $25, and supposedly no commissions. However, the payments page does not disclose important details that regulated brokers usually provide: withdrawal processing times and potential fees charged by payment systems.

In the client cabinet, the list of payment methods looks different. The main deposit option is processed through the NajmXpress payment gateway, where cards, cryptocurrencies, Apple Pay, and bank transfers are available. The interface also does not provide precise information about withdrawal processing times.

Najm Capital Legal Status: Legitimate or Not?

The company discloses some legal information. The documents state that the platform operator is Najm Capital Ltd, registered in the jurisdiction of Saint Lucia under the registration number 2025-00468. The website also claims that the company Najm Trading Markets Limited holds a license from the Financial Services Commission (FSC) Mauritius with the number GB25205198.

We checked the public registries. A company with the name Najm Capital Ltd exists in the registration records of Saint Lucia, meaning the legal entity is formally registered. Similarly, Najm Trading Markets Ltd holds a Mauritius Investment Dealer license issued on 31 October 2025. However, it is important to understand the difference between a company registration and a brokerage license. Registration in an offshore jurisdiction does not automatically mean that the company is authorized to provide investment services or offer CFD trading to clients worldwide.

At the same time, if we open the Client Agreement and Terms of Use, we will see that all services are offered by the legal entity Najm Capital Ltd, which is simply incorporated in Saint Lucia. Meanwhile, the licensed Najm Trading Markets Ltd is not mentioned anywhere, and we assume its existence is merely a cover to lend legitimacy to the project.

Additionally, the website lists an office address in Cyprus. At first glance, this may create the impression that the company operates from a European financial jurisdiction, but an important detail appears here. We checked the CySEC regulator database, which is the main financial supervisory authority in Cyprus. The broker does not hold a CySEC license. This means the company is not regulated by European financial supervision and does not fall under EU investor protection requirements.

This combination of legal information creates several risks. The company is registered in an offshore zone where regulatory requirements for brokers are much softer. At the same time, the website uses a European address and displays a Mauritius license number that may create a more solid impression for clients. However, judging by the internal regulations, these measures provide no real regulatory protection.

Company History

There is almost no specific information on the website about the history of the project. Najm Capital does not disclose the platform launch date, does not specify the founding year, and does not describe the development of the business. Brokers that have actually operated in the market for many years usually do the opposite — they describe their history in detail: when the service was launched, how the platform evolved, and how many clients it serves.

The najmcapital.com website was registered on August 4, 2025, and extended for only one year

To determine the real age of the broker, we checked the domain through Whois. According to the registration data, the domain najmcapital.com was purchased on August 4, 2025, and the latest record update occurred on August 19, 2025. The registration term is listed for only one year — until August 4, 2026. This means the website has existed for less than a year. For a financial company positioning itself as a full international broker, such a short operating period looks extremely modest.

Najmcapital.com Online Reputation

The company’s reputation online appears contradictory. In search results and on review platforms, there are warnings that the broker does not hold a CySEC license, even though the website mentions a Cyprus address. On Trustpilot, the rating is around 3.2 based on 24 reviews, and the scores are distributed almost evenly: about 42% are 5 stars and 42% are 1 star. Such polarization is often seen with controversial offshore platforms.

In negative comments, users report specific issues: blocked withdrawals, lack of response from support after depositing funds, and excessively high spreads. For example, one user claims they were unable to withdraw $400, and support stopped responding. Another review describes a loss of $11,000, where the client accuses managers of pushing for additional deposits and unprofitable trades.

There are many complaints from traders online, while the positive comments appear fake

Positive reviews also exist, but many of them appear very similar. They consist of short phrases such as “great platform”, “genuine broker”, and “timely withdrawals”, and contain almost no concrete trading details. Some users even note that several positive comments were posted during the same period and may look like paid activity. At the same time, complaints on forums and in reviews often repeat the same issues: withdrawal difficulties, delayed responses from customer support, and aggressive managers who encourage clients to increase their deposits.

Pros and Cons

  • Presence of a demo account.
  • High minimum deposit of $1,000.
  • Many complaints from traders about various problems, including withdrawal issues.
  • Najm Capital has no license from a reputable regulator.
  • Short operating history since 2025.
  • Exact spreads and commissions are not disclosed.

The Final Take

The collected facts point to a high risk of fraud by Najm Capital: offshore registration without licenses from major regulators, a new domain registered in 2025, non-transparent trading conditions, and numerous client complaints about withdrawal problems. Considering these factors, cooperation with this platform appears extremely risky.

Check These Before You Trade

The company states that it operates through Najm Capital Ltd, registered in Saint Lucia, and references another entity allegedly connected to the FSC regulator in Mauritius. However, the broker does not hold licenses from major regulators such as the FCA, CySEC, ASIC, or FSCA. This means the platform operates without strong regulatory oversight or investor protection. When a broker is unregulated, clients have limited legal options if disputes arise. There is also no compensation scheme or strict supervision of how client funds are handled.
The firm advertises simple deposit and withdrawal procedures with several payment methods. In practice, however, transparency is limited. Some traders report delays or difficulties when trying to withdraw funds, and communication with support may slow down after a withdrawal request is submitted. Because the broker is not supervised by a major regulator, there are no strict rules forcing the company to process withdrawals within a specific timeframe. This increases the risk of payment disputes.
Najm Capital promotes tight spreads, multiple account types, and advanced trading tools. At the same time, detailed information about real spreads, commissions, and execution conditions is limited. Some users report that actual trading conditions differ from what is advertised, including wider spreads during trading. The platform also requires relatively high minimum deposits from $1,000 to $50,000, which is higher than many regulated brokers. When combined with unclear cost structures, this raises the possibility of hidden restrictions or additional fees.

1 review about Najm Capital

  1. I cannot say anything positive about Najm Capital. It was enough for me to read the reviews about this scam to refuse cooperation. I hope everyone understands that this is a fake broker, so investing money here is not an option. Besides the reviews, I confirmed that they do not have a license. That is an even more serious red flag.
