TradeEU Global Review — Truth About the Broker

1

2

A broker with a license, over 350 instruments, and 24/7 support sounds like a trader’s dream. That is exactly how tradeeuglobal.net markets itself. However, there is a catch: the website only appeared in 2024, the company has many negative reviews online, and the license was issued by the MFSC. This means there are no real guarantees of reliability, but let us take a closer look.

Quick Overview

How to Register on the Website

We decided to test TradeEU Global in practice and attempted to register on the website. We clicked the “Open Account” button, and a form appeared. A standard set of fields: first name, last name, email, phone number, and password. In addition, there were three checkboxes at the bottom: consent to receive calls from support, consent to receive newsletters, and confirmation of being over 18 years old.

The process of creating an account on tradeeuglobal.net

The first red flag appears here — the checkbox “I would like to receive support with my registration by phone” is placed first. Not agreement to the terms, not email verification — but permission to call you. This is a typical practice of aggressive brokers: obtain your phone number and immediately start pressuring the client with calls.

Furthermore, after clicking “Proceed”, the site displayed an error: “TradeEU Global is not available in your location or to residents of your country”, and that was it, registration was blocked. Changing countries did not help resolve the issue.

The main visual element of the website is women. They appear on at least three different pages: on the homepage with a golden shield, on the regulation page, and on the platform page. It looks appealing, but it has nothing to do with trading or the actual TradeEU Global team.

The official website is filled with photos of women and images from the internet

The company uses a large amount of graphics and images taken from the internet: laptops, candlestick charts, and trading terminals. On the homepage, there is a 3D illustration of a globe with trading instruments. The inscription “GOOGL”, the ticker symbol for Alphabet/Google stock, is clearly visible on this globe. Nearby are oil barrels and candlesticks. This is a standard stock 3D illustration used by dozens of websites.

The footer contains basic legal information and a risk warning. Legal documents can be found in the “Legal” section. The official TradeEU Global website supports Arabic, English, Korean, and several European languages. These are all basic features that any brokerage company should have.

TradeEU Global Trading Instruments and Platforms

The company offers a web trader based on TradingView and a mobile application for iOS and Android, but there are no download links provided. TradingView is a good tool for chart analysis, but it is not a full-fledged trading platform. The main issue is the absence of MT4 and MT5. This is the industry standard used by millions of traders worldwide. Trading robots, expert advisors, custom indicators, and scripts all run on MetaTrader. Without it, a professional trader simply will not choose this broker.

TradeEU Global offers more than 350 assets: currency pairs, metals, oil, indices (NASDAQ, FTSE), shares of major companies, and cryptocurrency. It sounds decent, but even by average broker standards, it is modest — IC Markets offers over 2,200 instruments, while Saxo Bank provides more than 71,000.

Account Types Offered

TradeEU Global offers three types of live accounts: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. In addition, an Islamic swap-free account and a demo account are available. The minimum deposit is $250 and may be changed at the company’s discretion. This is a high entry threshold, as many popular brokers have no minimum deposit at all.

Account types differ primarily in spread sizes

On the basic Silver account, the spread for EUR/USD is 25 pips. For GBP/USD, it is 24 pips. For USD/JPY, it is 25 pips. The spread can be reduced by upgrading to a higher-tier account. On Gold accounts, spreads are 40% lower, and on Platinum accounts, 60% lower. However, the key question remains — how much do you need to deposit to qualify for Gold or Platinum? This information is not disclosed on the website. There is not a single word about the minimum deposit required for Gold and Platinum accounts.

The personal account manager is a separate issue. Within the trading community, this “bonus” is widely known as a tool for pressuring clients. It is the manager who will call you, urging you to deposit more funds, open new positions, and “not withdraw yet, just wait a little longer”.

All trades are executed without additional commissions — traders pay only the spread. This indicates a business model with a conflict of interest. TradeEU Global acts as the counterparty to its clients, meaning the company does not route client trades to liquidity providers. In such a setup, client profits become losses for the platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The TradeEU Global website states that it accepts “multiple payment methods”, yet no specific list is published anywhere — neither on the deposit page nor in the FAQ. It literally says: “for a full list, refer to the Payment Methods section on the platform”. In other words, you can only find out how to fund your account after registration. This is a red flag — reputable brokers publish their payment methods openly. The only concrete details provided are that deposits and withdrawals are available in euros and US dollars, the minimum deposit is $250, and the minimum withdrawal amount via bank transfer is $50.

The withdrawal processing time is stated as up to three business days “on the broker’s side”, plus additional time for the bank. In total, the actual waiting period may extend to a week or longer. The broker formally does not charge withdrawal fees, but immediately adds that any fees charged by banks and payment systems “are the responsibility of the client”.

TradeEU Global Legal Status: Legitimate or Not?

On the homepage, the company proudly displays a golden shield with the label “FSC Regulated Broker”. Let us examine what that actually means. In the website footer, the legal entity is listed as TRADESENSE HOLDING LTD, registration number 183967, Mauritius, FSC license: GB21026906.

The legal entity holds a license from a Mauritius regulator

We checked the official FSC Mauritius registry and found TradeEU Global. You can verify it here. The FSC is a regulator in an offshore jurisdiction. It is not considered a top-tier (Tier-1) regulator. For comparison, the FCA (United Kingdom) requires brokers to hold client funds in segregated accounts, participate in a compensation scheme of up to £85,000, and undergo regular audits. CySEC (Cyprus, European Union) has similar requirements, with compensation of up to €20,000. ASIC (Australia) is one of the strictest regulators in the world.

The FSC of Mauritius requires none of this. There is no compensation fund, no mandatory publicly available audits, and no real protection for clients. That is precisely why offshore jurisdictions — Mauritius, Vanuatu, Belize, and the Seychelles — are so popular among brokers that seek to avoid real oversight.

Company History

TradeEU Global does not disclose when the company was founded, although this is critical information for traders. The domain tradeeuglobal.net was registered on October 17, 2024. This means that at the time of writing, the website is not even a year and a half old. Meanwhile, the FSC license is dated November 2021. This suggests that the company held a license for three years without a website, or previously operated under a different brand and simply rebranded.

Tradeeuglobal.net Online Reputation

On Trustpilot, TradeEU Global immediately displays a red warning banner: “We’ve detected and removed a number of fake reviews for this company”. This is an official notice from the platform itself — Trustpilot identified review manipulation and removed some of the reviews.

Warning about fake reviews

The positive reviews are templated to an almost absurd degree: “Smooth and stress-free”, “platform never lags,” “no hidden fees, no surprises”. The negative reviews about TradeEU Global are specific, detailed, and alarming. A user from Switzerland reports that his mother deposited 200 francs and never received another call or her money back. A trader from Mexico states: “I have $10,000 in my balance, but I cannot withdraw anything”. A review from November 2025 describes a classic scam scheme: first, the broker shows profits on a small amount, then managers named Oleksandra and Aziz begin pressuring for additional deposits, after which the account is wiped out to zero and goes into negative, immediately followed by an offer to take a “rescue loan”.

Pros and Cons

  • A platform based on TradingView — a convenient interface for chart analysis.
  • Trustpilot has officially identified and removed fake reviews.
  • No license from a serious and reputable regulator.
  • Real clients report inability to withdraw funds and account wipeouts.
  • High initial deposit.
  • Registration in an offshore jurisdiction.

The Final Take

We do not recommend TradeEU Global for trading. An offshore regulator license with no real client protection, unfavorable conditions, blocked registration for most countries, fake positive reviews, a classic scam scheme involving a “personal manager”, and account wipeouts — all of this points to the fraudulent nature of the platform.

Check These Before You Trade

Formally — yes, an FSC Mauritius license exists. However, the FSC is a low-tier offshore regulator: there is no compensation fund, no requirement to hold client funds in segregated accounts, and no public audits. The FCA insures clients up to £85,000, CySEC up to €20,000. The FSC insures nothing. If the broker shuts down tomorrow, you will receive no compensation from anyone.
On paper — no commissions, up to three business days. In practice, the list of payment methods is hidden behind registration, withdrawal terms can be changed “at the company’s discretion”, and withdrawals can only be canceled through a live manager. This mechanism is used to block payouts. Real clients on Trustpilot confirm: the money is in the account, but it is impossible to withdraw.
The broker specifies spreads and promises zero commissions, presenting this as an advantage for traders. However, TradeEU Global does not disclose its business model, under which client trades are processed internally rather than routed to liquidity providers. This creates a conflict of interest, where the broker profits from client losses.

2 reviews about TradeEU Global

  1. Does anyone still trust offshore scam companies? Brokers like this are the worst place for trading. They use fake quotes and have numerous complaints from traders. I recommend reading negative reviews — you will learn the truth about this firm.

  2. I have suffered at the hands of these scammers… Tradeeu gave me a bonus without my consent. Because of this, I am now unable to withdraw my funds. To do so, I would need to achieve an impossible trading volume. I fully understand that if I attempt this, I will lose my entire deposit. That is the situation I am facing…
